The Body Stick is popular among customers for its longer length giving you the ability to massage larger muscle groups like the upper back, lower back and glutes.
Each Body Stick is 24" and comes with a proprietary flexible core, ergonomic and firm handles, and 15 freely rolling spindles.
It's too early to tell if it will help my bursitis. The rollers are a bit hard on painful spots. It would be nice if it came with a foam sleeve to cushion the pressure a bit. I will keep using it though.
